Northern California conjures images of towering redwood forests and breathtaking stretches of coastline in the minds of many, but it is also one of the world’s premier fishing destinations. Its numerous rivers, lakes, and bays provide plenty of ripe territory for fishermen to explore. If you’re not into fishing, there are plenty of options for you to explore the Northern coastline of California too. Sailing, boating, and watersports all have their place on the water in California and beyond, and there are cities that can help you make the best choice on your next boating trip. I had so much fun on my birthday all thanks to Jared for being an awesome host. He was very helpful right when I booked the trip he made everything easy. He communicated very well, answered all my questions and I never felt any stress at all. My husband and friends had a blast and at the end of the trip, it was all good vibes.
I can't say enough about the experience. Jared is fun and super easy. He's a very go with the flow captain! Knew the area well, so took us to safe places to anchor, swim and sail. The experience was special and unforgettable. I'd sail with Jared anytime! Each one of my guests had nothing but positive things to say about him and our experience! Can't wait until our next trip!
Mark was an amazing host, and the boat is spacious and beautiful. Mark was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and all-around just pleasant to be around. He even taught me some basics of sailing. Also, the boat was sanitized and clean. Thanks Mark! Looking forward to doing it again sometime soon.
Great experience. Jay was very accomodating and made sure we had a fun day. Boat was perfect for our needs, clean, fully functional, fully stocked with tube, wakeboard, pump, etc. Will be renting from Jay again on our next visit. Thanks, Jay!!
We had such a great experience. Lisa and Anthony were so friendly and we appreciated how clean and well equipped the boat was and how responsive they were with questions and communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!
We had an excellent experience chartering Heather and Michelle's boat this past Saturday on Lake Tahoe. Our group gives them 5/5 stars on all criteria. There were four of us, two adults and two teenage boys (basically adults) and it was a very comfortable ride. It was fully equipped with everything we needed including a pair of skis, a wake board and inner tube. The boat was delivered on time and fully fueled. Heather provided us with a short, but thorough orientation on the boat and we were on our way. She also met us on time when we returned the boat that evening. Heather and Michelle take care of refueling which was an added benefit. She just refueled after we dropped it off and sent us a Venmo/Paypal email with the fuel receipt...very easy. I'm not a power boat expert, but I thought the boat handled extremely well in a variety of conditions (calmer waters in the am and rougher waters in the pm). It had good speed (30-35 mph) and created a nice wake for skiing, wake boarding and tubing. It has a depth gauge which was very useful for anchoring in the various coves on Lake Tahoe. It also had a nice USB/Bluetooth equipped stereo with good sound. Last, but not least, it had an easy to deploy bimini for sun protection. We were out 8 hours so it was key to have that protection plus sun screen of course :) Great experience. Next time we're in Tahoe, we'll be chartering from Heather and Michelle again. Thank you Heather and Michelle.
