About Clearwater

Clearwater is a city in Florida located northwest of Tampa and St. Petersburg. Sitting on the Gulf of Mexico, it’s a family-friendly vacation destination. Clearwater sees far smaller crowds than the spring break destinations of Miami or Daytona. It doesn't have the cheesy, artificial entertainment of Orlando, making it a fantastic choice for old-fashioned Florida.

The best time to visit Clearwater is January-March and September-November. This is also the busiest and more expensive time of the year to visit. Summers can be hot and humid with more rainfall than in winter, but are a good option if you’re looking to avoid high prices.

There are two primary airports that will give you access to Clearwater. St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, and Tampa Bay International Airport have the best fares. If you plan on exploring Clearwater beyond what is accessible by boat, a car rental is essential as public transport is rather limited.

2018 Yamaha 19ft Jetboat! Tubing Now Available!

Hands down a day on the water with Matt is well worth it! He is very professional and accomodating. The day of our trip the water was choppy, but the alternate route that Matt took us on was very calm, beautiful, and relaxing. His boat is clean, his personality is pleasant, and seeing the dolphins playing in the water is a super added bonus. Book with Matt!

Rory was very accommodating! We came down from Wyoming for my Dad's 50th birthday. He loves to fish, so Rory also hooked us up with fishing poles and tackle. We ended up catching about 30 fish in the span of a few hours. Great experience!

Erica and Geoff were great. The boat is awesome... and fast! We met at the marina dock and the boat was already in the water. After a quick review of the equipment and rules we were on our way to a fantastic day of cruising, tubing and wakeboarding. We returned to meet Geoff who took care of everything. We simply exited the boat and left. It couldn't have been easier. If you want to have an amazing, hassle-free day on the water, I highly recommend this boat.

Everything was arranged so well and seamless. We saw about 25 dolphin swimming and spent about an hour just hanging out with them! They came so close to the boat. Would highly recommend!
