Josh was superb. Great communicator and timely with his responses to my army of questions. He gave me confidence in both himself and the boat and offered total support leading up to the day. On the day, he gave me a thorough and informative briefing that put me at ease with the boat and explained in detail where to head to for the afternoon and what to look out for. He offered remote support via my phone when I needed it and gave me full confidence that he was on hand to help whatever the situation. The boat was immaculately clean and was exactly like the listing stated it would be. I had a 5 out of 5 experience and cannot thank Josh enough.
