Come tour with us along the crystal blue water of the leeward Waianae coast of Oahu and be ready with your cameras as the natural beauty of the Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins surrounds you along the scenic journey. Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins are found in shallow coves and bays during the day and feed in the deeper waters at night. These dolphins are known for the acrobatic flips and spins as they have a reputation for being friendly and playful. But, remember they are wild animals which need to be treated with respect. Come with us and explore Hawaii’s Spinner Dolphins with our experienced Captain for an unforgettable journey along Hawaii’s leeward coastline. Famous for its calm clear water and astounding scenery of the Waianae Mountain Range, experience the world of the Hawaiian spinner dolphins in our open aired rigid hull inflatable boat – where every seat has an amazing view. Named for their spinning, acrobatic splashing behaviors, the Hawaiian spinners are typically found in pods along the turquoise coves of the west side of Oahu, off the shore from world famous Makaha Beach, outside the bay at Pokai Bay or further north off of Yokes – otherwise known as Yokohamas. Come with us to Dolphin Depot as we educate you about their behaviors. Sightings of Humpback whales are also seasonally common from December through April during their migration period.
