Cancellation of Booking: In all cases where the charterer cancels the booking, the deposit will be forfeited and if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of commencement, the charterer must pay a cancellation charge of 100%. Cancellation takes effect when we receive written notification from the person signing the booking form. Weather Conditions: The renter cannot be held responsible for changes in the weather. 24 hours before commencement of hire the charterer will be informed about the general weather forecast and the opinions of the yacht captains. With this information 24 hours before commencement, the charterer can make the decision to continue or not..
