SUP Yoga Classes In Capitola
What is a SUP Yoga class? In a SUP Yoga class, the teacher will lead students through a series of yoga postures on the stand-up paddleboard, each posture with modifications for the student’s level of experience. On SUPs, students can feel how the alignment and actions of the yoga poses create balance, as when we are not balanced, the board will wobble, and you may even tip over, and enjoy a dip in the ocean. SUP Yoga Private Classes Got a group, a celebration or just want more individualized instruction? No problem! We do classes for mom’s groups, birthday parties and more. We’ll be happy to arrange individual or group classes for you. We can schedule these classes throughout the week. Please contact us to arrange your personal SUP Yoga experience! Individual sessions: $130 per 90 min class. Semi privates: $75 per person for 2 students or more. We can also cater a healthy vegan lunch for your group! Corporate Team Building Events are available during the work week. Please contact us for discounts on a series of pre-paid lessons or large groups.

Gloria Lou Riola, RYT200, is a registered yoga teacher and has taught stand-up paddleboarding since 2009. Combining the best of both worlds, she is excited to offer SUP yoga classes where she lives in Capitola, CA. She also enjoys surfing, snowboarding, being with her kids and almost anything to do with nature.
