Enjoy the sights of San Diego Harbor aboard the Ohana Pacific Motor Yacht for up to 12 person. Rate starts at $375 per hour and a minimum booking of 2 hours. Rates: • 2 hour Charter Cruise: $750.00 • 3 hour Charter Cruise: $1,150.00 • 4 hour Charter Cruise: $1,400.00 • Half day Charter Cruise (5-6 hours): $1,950.00 What You Can Expect: The Ohana Pacific is designed with two queen staterooms that will sleep four people. For cruises and events, the Ohana Pacific can accommodate up to 12 passengers. The yacht has two bathrooms, one with a stand up shower with glass surround enclosure. The contemporary and light filled salon features living room style seating for all aboard and TV, DVD/CD player with a hookup for your smart phones and devices. The galley includes a dining table and is fully equipped with a half sized refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, 2 sinks with spray faucet, coffee maker, 2 burner electric stove and microwave. All our yachts are equipped with air conditioning and heat. There is a cockpit on the back with chairs and a small table for relaxing and looking out on the water, and bow cushions up front perfect for sunbathing or watching the sunset over the marina. Our marina has it’s own private swimming pool, or feel free to use many of the 5 star facilities of the near by Sheraton Hotel including 2 pools, hot tub and a fitness center. There are also paddle boards and jet skis available to rent close by. Terms and Conditions • Minimum Stay: A minimum two (2) night stay is required for all overnight lodging. • Cleaning Charges: All overnight lodging stays require a non-refundable exit cleaning charge which is NOT included in the overnight rental charge, and will be charged separately. Additional maid service is available at an additional charge upon request. Charter cruises do NOT have additional cleaning charges. • Additional Guests: An additional guest fee applies to overnight guests beyond the standard occupancy reservation as well as any visitors during your stay per day. All guests/visitors must register with Zolna Yachts management. • Mandatory Cruise: A two hour charter cruise is required for lodging stays during the summer season (June through the end of September) and the following holiday/special event periods: 4th of July, Comic-Con, Christmas & New Years. • Open Bar Service: An open bar service is available aboard the Nerissa yacht. We offer both Top Shelf Service (water/sodas, craft beer, premium wine & premium branded alcohol) and Standard Shelf Service (water/sodas, domestic beer, house wine & house alcohol). Both levels of service include a bartender. Open bar service is offered in one, two and three hours in duration and is priced per person. Bar service beyond the purchased open bar service duration will be offered as a cash bar service only. • Gratuity: A gratuity is NOT included in the price of your charter cruise with the exception of the Nerissa. If you are happy with service during your charter, please consider a gratuity for the Captain & crew. All rates and fees are subject to change. Yacht Rules • Absolutely no additional guests are allowed aboard the yacht who have not been booked in advance, or have made special arrangements with the yacht manager directly. Additionally, no children under the age of 10 are allowed on the yacht for overnight stays. However, children under the age of 10 may be allowed for charters/cruises, only with the written consent of yacht management. Unauthorized guests that you allow on marina property or aboard our yachts will be considered trespassers. • The total number of guests and visitors to the yacht must be determined upon booking the reservation or in writing prior to the time of check-in with the yacht manager. Due to the extra expenses and maintenance of a yacht, regardless of how much time they plan to stay aboard, if your visitors/guests are approved by the manager, you will be charged per person per day for all visitors/guests. Manager reserves the right to ask unauthorized visitors/guests to leave at any time, may cancel the reservation without refund or agree to allow these visitors/guests to stay with the payment as stated above. • NO SMOKING on the yacht, inside the yacht, on the deck, bow or patio. You must get off the boat to smoke and dispose of butts in an appropriate manner. Do not dump into the marina. • No Candles – No flame lit candles are allowed on the yachts as these constitute a fie hazard. Flameless battery powered candles are allowed. • No Pets – No pets are allowed on the yachts. An additional cleaning fee will be applied for any pets found on the yachts. • Conserve Energy – For overnight guests, turn off air conditioning, heating and lights when you leave. Any notice of violations we receive, as the owner of the yacht, may result in eviction and fines from the marina which may result to you being responsible for any consequential damages and additional charges. • No Shoes Policy – Observe yachting etiquette by removing your shoes while aboard. • Toilets – Do Not Flush ANYTHING that doesn’t come from your body. This includes toilet paper, hair, floss, sanitary products, etc. Yachts have delicate septic systems and need to be treated very gently. Clean up all spills immediately. The upper helm can be mopped with water and pushed down the drain located on the floor, behind the captain’s chair. • Do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or suntan oil. Please be careful with pens and ink. Salt water can be rinsed off with the fresh water hose located on the swim deck. • Do not hang wet clothing or towels over any of the sides of the boat. We provide drying racks for that purpose. Empty trash into the large trash containers located by the entrance gate to the docks. Keep our waters beautiful by never throwing your trash overboard. Frequently Asked Questions: What is included in the accommodation price? Use of all the facilities of the 5 star Sheraton Hotel & Marina and our marina’s pool and BBQ. On the yachts and houseboats, you’ll find basic kitchen supplies and miscellaneous condiments, Costco coffee, sugar and non-dairy creamer, soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and linens. All charters and harbor cruises are available for an additional charge. Are there any age restrictions? Yes, children under the age of 10 years old are not allowed to stay overnight on our yachts. Children over the age of 10 are allowed to spend the night on our yachts but must be very well behaved, be intellectually capable to understand our yacht rules and how to properly use our restroom facilities. Our yachts are far more delicate than a typical hotel room and the systems on the yachts are all live and need to be treated with great respect to avoid injury and damage. Some elderly folks may have a difficult time maneuvering on and about the yacht and dock. Please make sure all your guests will be comfortable moving around and can easily step on and off the dock, boat, and the few steps that are located on each vessel. Who stays aboard on the yacht? Only the registered guests. The owners, captain, or crew will be present only for charters and parties. Can I ask some of my friends or family to stop by the yacht for a visit? Your rental agreement with us and the agreement with the dock allows the yacht to only be occupied by the overnight guests registered with us. However, with our written permission or our agreement that we will be present at the yacht when your guests arrive, you may have people stop by. People on the private dock or on the yacht without permission would be in violation of both our rental agreement with you and the law and will be considered trespassers. If you would like to have a unique experience for family and friends, you can book a harbor tour for up to 12 people when you are staying aboard one of our yachts overnight.. When we stay aboard overnight, are we docked? Yes, unless we do a special over night charter away from the marina, the yacht remains dockside. Is there air conditioning/heating on the yacht? Yes, the yacht is equipped with air conditioning and heat. However, we rarely need to use either with the beautiful cross breeze over the marina and the perfect year round San Diego weather. Can I do laundry and is there maid service? The marina has a small laundry room and coin operated machines (quarters only). We do have maid service upon request for an additional fee. Do we need to bring any linens or towels? No. We are fully equipped with top of the line Charter Club towels and bed linens. We also keep some beach towels aboard that our guests may borrow. Can we cook on the yacht? Yes, you can buy groceries and cook aboard the yacht, however, the space is limited. There is a 2 burner stove, microwave/convection oven, smaller refrigerator/freezer, and a separate ice maker. We supply a coffee maker, tea pot, pots and pans, and a full set of silverware and plastic glassware. As these details may change and slightly and differ from vessel to vessel, please check the amenities of the specific yacht you wish to rent for the latest details. Can I drive the yacht? We’re sorry, but no, you cannot drive the yacht(s). Only licensed, insured and pre-qualified captains may drive our yachts.
