BRAND NEW Suntracker 2018 24' DLX Party Barge pontoon boat, 115 horse power Yamaha outboard motor, GPS/Fish Radar/Depth finder, fully loaded, now available for reservation! for $249 per day in Cape Coral, Florida. __________________________________ PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW __________________________________ In order to provide the best value for our customers and to make rentals affordable, we enforce a strict reimbursement policy for damages occuring during the course of the rental. We don't turn anybody away for inexperience, but please note that some aspects of operating a pontoon boat, such as docking, may cause difficulty for beginners. The rental includes insurance that covers damages with a $500 deductible. By confirming your booking, you agree to reimburse any and all damages not reimbursed by insurance. We’re licensed and insured, Life vest included, over seating capacity, all sizes toddler to XXL Safety and regulatory equipment provided (flares, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc) Boat is equipped with Garmin GPS with updated charts and Fish Finder No charges other than the amount paid at the time of booking. Renters born AFTER January 31, 1988 will be required to have a Boater Safety Card or Coast Guard Boating License Gas policy: use your own. Receive with a full tank, return full. Full tank will last for the 8 hour rental period. IN CASE BOAT IS NOT RETURNED FULL, FUEL CHARGE IS $40/QUARTER TANK OR ANY PORTION OF. In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund. We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Captain is not included.: Trip may require hiring additional qualified personnel.

Everything was perfect, dropped off boat early and let us keep boat a bit longer. The boat ran great with no issues. Communication was top notch.

IT IS RENTER'S (your) RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL ALLOW FOR A TIMELY RETURN OF THE BOAT. WEATHER CONDITIONS DO NOT RELIEVE RENTER (you) FROM THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RETURNING BY AGREED UPON RETURN TIME. Before renter (you) can receive the boat, you agree to show your picture ID in order that we may take a picture of it. Upon request, you can do the same to the photo ID of the person handing you over the boat. DAMAGE INSPECTION: before renter (you) can receive the boat, you will be asked to inspect the boat for any damages, interior or exterior, and to take a picture of any damages found. I will call your attention to any existing damages I am aware of, and will ask you to take a picture of them. UPON RETURN, YOU ARE LIABLE FOR ANY NEW DAMAGES OF WHICH YOU DO NOT HAVE PICTURE PROOF OF THAT WOULD SHOW THAT SAID DAMAGES ALREADY EXISTED AT THE TIME YOU RECEIVED THE BOAT. Earliest LAUNCH time on any given day is 9AM. Earliest RETURN time on any given day is 7PM. Renter (you) must have basic knowledge on how to operate a pontoon boat, and must have the required qualifications to be legally able to operate a watercraft in the state of Florida and surrounding waters. BY BOOKING, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
