Full refund up to 14 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that life happens, which is why we allow cancellations for tours with at least two weeks' advance notice (14 days from the departure date). However, if you do not show up or cancel with less than 14 full days’ notice before the departure date, we cannot refund your deposit. Our tours are generally booked for two months, five months, or even a year in advance. With such short notice, we will have an almost impossible task of filling the time slot we’ve been holding for you. However! The fantastic news is that we have a 100%, no-fuss inclement weather refund policy. If the conditions are unsuitable or unsafe for a day at sea, we offer a full refund, no questions. Of course, we will do our best to reschedule around the weather since you will surely still want to head out to sea! Headcount adjustment — If you have a headcount change for your tour, please let us know with seven full days’ notice before the tour, and we can adjust the balance accordingly, no problem! Any changes to headcount in under seven days of the tour, the original quoted rate will be owed. Transportation — We can help make transportations roughly 24 hours in advance but can only guarantee vans with 72 hours' notice of any changes in guests. It’s our pleasure to get you to the boat as conveniently and punctually as possible, but with other bookings, it’s hard to guarantee additional vans within 24 hours or less of a tour departure.
