Hi! I love to share the joy of sailing. I have a USCG 100 Ton Master Captain’s License and am a NYC architectural and history tour guide. I learned to sail in the NY Harbor more than 25 years ago. Sailing the NYC archipelago is always beautiful and interesting. It's what I live for. Let's go sailing!

Martin was an excellent captain. He and his first mate Caleb were very welcoming and had excellent bedside manners. Although the weather was not the best, Martin guided us through the trip & explained the weather interplay with boating in general. The boat was very well maintained, and clean, which makes for a refreshing experience. It has space above and below deck, which is excellent. I'd highly recommend Martin.

Had a great sail with Captain Martin and Caleb for my birthday with family. Would recommend a sail on the Saga to anyone looking for a local adventure with a fun and accommodating crew.

Captain Martin and his First Mate Caleb were truly phenomenal to boat with. I booked this in order to propose to my significant other. Captain Martin called me a week in advance to discuss my plan and itinerary. He allowed my friends onboard prior to departure to set up the boat with some decorations as well and he was very understanding of the route I had chose and plan for proposal. My significant other was truly blown away! She and I loved every minute of the experience and the friendliness offered from these two outstanding gentlemen. We truly had an experience like no other despite the COVID-19 times we live in. Captain Martin was also understanding of my photographer, (@sphotoanddesign) and allowed him to take photographs from all angles. Overall a 10/10 experience, highly cost-effective, would recommend! Captain Martin will be my first choice if ever sailing again in NYC.
