Pacific Seacraft is known for Seaworthy comfortable design capable of ocean crossings and will do over seven knots in a nice breeze. This vessel moves well to satisfy any salty dog but does not heel excessively creating a comfortable ride for any new sailor.The skipper has taught beginning sailing in Malletts Bay for over twenty years for The International Sailing Center. Susan has been an avid sailor since her early teens. She has taught classes, raced and led cruises with the International Sailing Center since 1995. Sailing Susan has shared her passion for the sport with hundreds of people. She was raised on Lake Champlain and Lake George and has sailed a variety of vessels along the east coast from Maine to Florida as well as Alaska, Australia's Great Barrier Reef, the Bahamas, and Virgin islands. Susan was a Montessori School director for over thirty years, raised two children, and farmed salad. She lives in Bristol Vermont with her first mate, Carl and black cat, Audrey. Susan also does sail and canvas repairs as a small enterprise and enjoys contra dance, pottery and watercolor painting. She enjoys telling stories and entertaining her guests when under sail.
